What you need to consider
For the tours to work effectively the groups ideally shouldnt be too large so its to everyones advantage that you arrive ready to depart on your tour at the arranged time. If you miss your time slot we will endevour to get you on another tour but wont guarantee it.
Do arrive in good time. The Cafe will be open for warming refreshments as will the museum shop.
Once you leave the museum building complex whilst you will be walking on paths they are uneven in places so stout footwear is advised.
The tour will take approx 1 hour where you will be walking for approx 15 minuetes. If you have mobility issues do let us know and we can make arrangements to assist.

The Majority of the attraction this year will be undercover however you will be moving between buildings so be prepared with sensible shoes and rain wear if the weather is against us.
A number of visitors do dress up which we encourage as it adds to the atmosphere. This years its a World War II theme so war time characters or ghostly costumes welcome
This scare attraction is designed for all ages. We have set a lower age limit of 8 years, but its for parents to make up their own mind if its suitable for their children. It is our intention to scare you, but not leave you traumatised.
If you have any concerns or want further information do get in touch with our scaremaster E-Mail us
As a family attraction we reserve the right to refuse admission for whatever reason. In particular we have a no tolerance policy on alcohol which is not allowed on site
Apart from that have a good night. Do let us know after what you liked, what you didnt like, and anything we can do to improve it for next year.
