This years adventure will take place at the Royal Gunpowder Mills, Waltham Abbey, Essex on Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th of October 2012 with the first tour starting at 5pm.
The spooky adventure is an event designed for all the family with particular emphasis on Children, so whilst we aim to be scary we dont want you to have nightmares
The concept is you will be lead in a group at a specfic time for which you have purchased a ticket, along paths in the woods around The Gunpowder Mills site, using the torch you bring with you to see the route. Along the way your group will come across actors portraying incidents from the Gunpowder Mills gory past enhanced by Special effects from the world of Film and Theatre. Just how scary it is will depend upon the ticket you book. For younger children and those of a very nervous disposition book the early times, because as the night gets darker the scare factor goes up.
